Job Title: Talent Acquisition Professional

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Recruitment Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Talent Acquisition function, you will be responsible for delivering an engaging and strategic recruitment process that puts candidates first.

Main Responsibilities
  • Partner with leaders to craft creative and effective talent solutions that align with our mission.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement end-to-end recruitment strategies that drive business results.
  • Manage multiple priorities and deadlines while maintaining a high level of professionalism and attention to detail.

You will have strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, experience in high volume recruitment, and excellent communication skills.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in recruitment, preferably in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of HR systems and software.
