The role of an Early Childhood Education and Care Leader is to oversee the development of a high-quality early education and care program. This involves creating engaging learning environments that foster confidence, creativity, literacy, numeracy, STEM, and wellbeing in children from birth to five years old.
Responsibilities:- Lead and manage the educational practice to achieve organisational goals and objectives
- Develop and implement educational programs that meet the needs of diverse learners
- Provide guidance and support to educators to enhance their skills and knowledge
- Collaborate with colleagues to promote a culture of inclusivity and diversity
- Qualifications: Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or ACECQA approved equivalent Bachelor's degree
- Skills and experience: Proven leadership skills, strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
