We are looking for a Support Officer Rural Products to join our team on a Full-time, Permanent basis.

As Support Officer Rural Products, you will provide exceptional customer service and logistics support to the Branch Rural Products team.

Responsibilities
  • Assisting in the safe storage of rural products
  • Handling, receiving and dispatching of store stock
  • Performing rural products and logistics support
  • Providing administrative support for the processing of sales
  • Performing rural products sales (in store) as well as general shed and yard duties
About You
  • Are committed to the provision of high-quality customer service;
  • Have an understanding of agriculture products and your clients' current and future needs, the region and our competitors;
  • Have demonstrated high-quality written and verbal communication and customer service skills, along with basic computer skills
  • Are able to work independently and have good time management skills;
  • Ideally have some previous sales experience.
  • Have a driver's license. A Forklift and HR Truck licence is preferred but not essential.
