About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Greenkeeper to join our team at Green by Nature. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional sports turf maintenance services at one of our prestigious sites in Sydney.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in sports turf management, with a Certificate III in Sports Turf Management and relevant experience in plant care and landscaping. You will be a team player with excellent communication skills, able to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality sports turf maintenance services, including mowing, watering, and fertilizing.
  • Assist the Site Manager in leading the team and ensuring a great team culture.
  • Develop and implement effective time management and organizational skills to meet deadlines and deliver results.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders, both verbally and in writing.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of nutrition programs for sports turf.
  • Participate in social events and team-building activities to foster a positive and inclusive team culture.
Requirements
  • Certificate III in Sports Turf Management.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Relevant experience in plant care and landscaping.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
