Greenkeeper Position

We are seeking a skilled and experienced 2IC Greenkeeper to join our team at Green by Nature. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in delivering high-quality sports turf maintenance at one of our prestigious sites in Sydney.

The role involves working closely with the Site Manager to encourage a positive team culture and lead by example in delivering exceptional sports turf and green spaces around the site.

• Implement time management skills, ensure organized and reliable work practices.
• Develop effective communication strategies, both written and verbal.
• Maintain high attention to detail in all aspects of turf maintenance.
• Experience with cricket wicket maintenance is highly desirable.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate within a team environment.
• Knowledge of nutrition programs for turf care is also desirable.
• Hold a current police check and working with children check (or be willing to obtain).

• Certificate III in Sports Turf Management or relevant qualification.
