About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our Contact Centre team as a Contact Centre Consultant. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound calls, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring that all information is accurate and up-to-date.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage inbound and outbound calls to book appointments for patients
  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients and referring doctors
  • Ensure that all information is accurate and up-to-date
  • Complete billing and invoicing for patients
  • Liaise with referring doctors and operate our booking system
About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused individual who has outstanding customer service skills, particularly in a call centre environment. You will thrive in a KPI-driven environment and have the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team. You will also have the ability to prioritize your workload and multitask.
