Plant Operations Manager

As a Maintenance Supervisor, you play a key role in driving team performance and promoting a culture of excellence.
This position offers the opportunity to take ownership of maintenance activities and contribute to achieving high plant availability and reliability.
Responsibilities will include:
- Providing input into short and long-term maintenance strategies
- Leading and motivating team members and contractors to achieve outstanding results
- Executing planned, breakdown, and improvement work to meet business objectives
- Reducing equipment downtime by ensuring maintenance activities are well-planned, staffed, and executed safely and efficiently
- Promoting continuous improvement and innovation to enhance operational efficiency
- Communicating issues that impact planned work and extend equipment downtime
- Applying problem-solving skills and self-motivation to develop solutions for workplace challenges
The lifestyle:
This position operates on a rotating 7 on, 7 off day/night shift roster offering a residential lifestyle in a nearby district.
