Job Summary

This role is responsible for ensuring the quality and integrity of products and processes through laboratory testing and inspections. The successful candidate will conduct microbiological sampling, analytical testing, and equipment calibration/validation.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct microbiological sampling and environmental sampling according to schedule.
  • Perform day-to-day laboratory testing of finished goods, semi-finished goods, and materials.
  • Analyze cleaning chemicals on-site.
  • Collect samples from 3rd party warehouses.
  • Maintain retention samples and document archival programs.
  • Conduct GMP inspections on production floors.
  • Manage consumable inventory through stock takes and purchase orders.
  • Organize calibration and validation of lab equipment.
  • Provide support to operations teams in analytical testing.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess relevant qualifications in Food Science, Microbiology, or related fields, with prior experience in food manufacturing or pharma industries. Proficiency in MS Office applications and strong problem-solving skills are essential.
