Business Manager

We're seeking a highly skilled Business Manager to join our Investment Office team. As a key member of our team, you'll provide strategic support to our Investment team, ensuring the smooth operation of our business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and undertake complex activities in collaboration with the Chief Investment Officer (CIO).
- Partner with the Investments leadership team to develop and implement key operational initiatives.
- Lead improvements and remediation activities for the division.
- Manage the administration and divisional risk teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Prepare and disseminate relevant investment communications internally.
- Manage engagement with key stakeholders to achieve effective strategy development.
- Provide guidance on secretariat support to the Management Investment Committee and Portfolio Resilience Forum.
- Lead, manage, mentor, and develop a team cognizant of individual role, divisional needs, and corporate direction.
