Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Operate the cash register accurately and efficiently, handling customer transactions and maintaining a high level of cash handling skills
  • Stock and replenish shelves, ensuring a well-presented and organized store environment
  • Assist with customer queries, providing product information and recommendations to enhance the customer experience
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge
