About Our Financial Services Role

As a diversified financial services provider, we operate across Australia offering a range of services including residential and secured finance, personal and business loans, mortgage broking, insurance solutions, and investment products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer and business partner enquiries via multiple contact channels i.e. telephone, email and web chat.
  • Adhere to shift and task schedules according to periodic rosters.
  • Produce customer correspondence within agreed service levels and quality criteria.
  • Resolve customer complaints in accordance with internal dispute resolution procedures or escalate issues outside expertise.
  • Participate in continuous improvement activities.
  • Complete compliance training within specified timeframes.
  • Actively self-manage performance and engage in coaching and training to enhance performance.
  • Adhere to policies, standards and procedures to mitigate risk and meet regulatory requirements.
  • Identify and report risks within the role to the relevant department.
The Ideal Candidate

A successful candidate should possess:

  • A degree in accounting, finance or a related field.
  • A keen interest in the financial services industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • An attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in work.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial tools.
  • The ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
