About the Program

We are seeking highly motivated and talented individuals to join our Finance Graduate Program, a 24-month rotational program designed to equip you with a broad knowledge base in finance and develop your professional networks.

The program is structured to provide a comprehensive learning experience, with rotations in various finance functions such as data analytics, commercial finance, and revenue management.

Your Role

As a member of the Finance Graduate Program, you will be responsible for contributing to managing business performance and supporting profit growth through cross-functional collaboration.

  • You will build a broad knowledge base and deepen your finance skillsets while forming professional networks.
About You

To succeed in this program, you will need:

  • Australian or New Zealand Citizen or Australian Permanent Resident at application time.
  • Final year student or graduate (undergraduate or postgraduate) within the past two years as of application.
  • Available to start as a permanent employee.
  • Accounting/finance degree or completion of majority of relevant courses to commence CA program upon joining.
  • Commitment to obtain Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification preferred; CPA also supported.
