Job Summary

We are seeking a Full-Time Project Coordinator to join our team in Alice Springs, NT - Australia. As a Project Coordinator, you will work closely with our Project Managers, sub-contractors, and stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of projects and programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide support to Project Managers in achieving department and project objectives regarding budget, schedule, and quality targets.
  • Compile material inventory records and prepare requisitions for procurement of materials and supplies.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to enable project and portfolio works to occur.
  • Support the proposals team prior to, during, and following tenders, including organizing project documentation and providing vendor feedback.
  • Assist in implementing the Project Management Plan for all phases of the project.
  • Monitor and report status against key performance indicators or contractual metrics on a routine basis.
  • Ensure compliance with all site environmental, health, and safety requirements.

Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent demonstrated experience.
  • Field: Engineering, Construction, or Project Management, or other relevant discipline.
  • Driver's License.

Experience

  • Demonstrated 2+ years of relative experience applicable in the field of operations, maintenance, and construction or engineering.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage both subcontractors and consultants.
  • Demonstrated knowledge, experience, and understanding of schedule, scope, and budget management.

Work Environment, Physical Demands, and Mental Demands

  • The position is desk-based and sedentary in nature, with occasional lifting of items up to 5kgs.

Statement of Work Requirements

  • At least 18 years of age.
  • Able to fluently read, write, and speak English.
  • Australian or US citizen.

EHS Requirement

All Amentum personnel are responsible for understanding and complying with all site environmental, health, and safety requirements.
