Part Time Retail Assistant Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our retail team as a Part Time Retail Assistant.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, sharing your knowledge of our products, and maintaining a positive store environment.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about the surf lifestyle, enjoy working in a fast-paced retail environment, and be committed to delivering outstanding results. If you have previous experience in a retail setting or possess excellent customer service skills, we encourage you to apply.

This role offers 33 hours of work per week on a set roster, including Monday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. You will thrive in a dynamic atmosphere where no two days are the same.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and create a positive shopping experience
  • Share your knowledge of our products and maintain a high level of product awareness
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to company standards
  • Work effectively as part of a team to achieve sales and productivity targets

Requirements:

  • Previous retail experience preferred but not essential
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and public holidays
  • High level of energy and enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced retail environment
