Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused individual to join our retail team as a Brand Ambassador. As a key representative of our brand, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences and promoting our products in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

As a Brand Ambassador, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of customers, helping them find the perfect product to enhance their travel experiences. You will also be responsible for maintaining high standards of product knowledge, ensuring that customers receive accurate information and advice on our products.

In addition to your customer-facing role, you will also be responsible for receiving and restocking shop stock independently, counting stock twice a week and maintaining a high level of organization and efficiency in the workplace.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience in fashion retail or a related field
  • Passion for travel and customer service
  • Upbeat and optimistic attitude with excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic mathematical skills and attention to detail
