HR Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Support Specialist to join our team in Cairns. As a key member of our Human Resources team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the recruitment process and ensuring the smooth operation of HR processes.
Key Responsibilities- Administer HR processes related to employment commencements and terminations, and changes to employment conditions.
- Provide administrative support to the recruitment process under the guidance of the Human Resources Officer.
- Undertake accurate data entry and maintenance in HR systems, and produce reports.
To be successful in this role, you will have a Certificate III in Business Administration or previous work experience in HR Support. You will also have excellent communication and organizational skills, and be able to work effectively in a team environment.
We are looking for someone who is non-judgmental, empathetic, and able to maintain confidentiality. You will also have a strong work ethic and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
