Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Senior Consultant. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with experience in Customer Obsession and Loyalty Programs to bring their skills and expertise to drive growth, deliver innovation, and enhance customer relationships.

As a key member of our Personal Everyday Banking team, you will be responsible for delivering a market leading loyalty proposition that drives growth in customers, deposits, and Bank of Choice. You will also work closely with stakeholders to align and deliver on success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic roadmaps for loyalty offers and rewards programs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute effective engagement strategies
  • Analyze customer data to inform pricing and commercial modeling decisions
  • Lead stakeholder engagement to ensure alignment and delivery on business outcomes

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Demonstrated experience working in similar senior consultant roles, with a strong focus on customer strategy and execution
  • Proven analytical and evidence-based decision making skills, with experience in financial modeling
  • A high degree of business acumen, with the ability to stress test plans and strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience engaging with senior stakeholders
