About The Opportunity

We are seeking a proactive and engaging Corporate Receptionist to join our Sydney CBD office. As the face of our organisation, you will contribute to our mission by aligning with our culture, values, and purpose.

You will ensure smooth office operations, manage front-of-house responsibilities, and help foster a culture that values collaboration, professionalism, and exceptional service. Key responsibilities include:

  • Be the first point of contact for visitors and calls, ensuring follow-ups are actioned in the CRM
  • Manage meeting rooms, events, and office supplies to ensure smooth operations
  • Maintain an organised and clean office environment that fosters productivity
  • Keep kitchens tidy and well-maintained
  • Oversee catering, courier services, mail distribution, and supplier relationships
  • Assist the team with administrative tasks and diary management
  • Ensure IT equipment in meeting rooms is updated and functional
  • Organise weekly flower deliveries for the front of house
  • Plan and coordinate internal events
  • Oversee building maintenance, including services like cleaning, plumbing, and security
  • Act as the first aid officer and fire warden
  • Manage office invoices

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • A proactive, detail-oriented approach with corporate reception or concierge experience
  • Natural problem-solving skills with top-tier customer service skills
  • Highly organised with a proactive 'can-do' attitude
  • Tech-savvy, with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Salesforce or CRM experience is a plus)
  • Driven by providing exceptional levels of customer service, with experience in a similar reception or support role
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work as a team player in a small team environment
  • Collaborative and consultative approach to work
  • Highly efficient with exceptional time management skills
