As a Mortgage Journey Navigator, you'll play a pivotal role in guiding Australians through the home loan process. Our AI-driven platform and smart automation tools enable you to focus on what matters most - building strong relationships with customers.

Job Description

As an Aussie Home Loan Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to support customers via phone, email, and video, ensuring they have a seamless experience throughout their mortgage journey.

You'll work on Australia's #1 home loan platform, driving 4x faster settlements and pre-qualifying appointments for our customers.

Our proprietary platform, Aussie App, and smart automation tools will handle lead generation, document collection, appointment setting, compliance, and fulfilment, allowing you to concentrate on customer relationships and growth.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience in phone-based sales roles or mortgage broking, lending, or financial services.
  • A passion for helping Australians navigate property ownership.
  • Cert IV in Finance & Mortgage Broking (or willingness to obtain it).
  • Unrestricted Australian working rights.
