Job Description

As a sales associate in the liquor industry, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of local and imported beverages. You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, answering product-related questions, and engaging with customers to enhance their shopping experience.

A typical working day will involve restocking shelves, managing inventory, and operating a cash register. You will also have the opportunity to participate in product tastings and learn about new products and releases.

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual who is passionate about the liquor industry. If you have a keen interest in wine, beer, or spirits, and enjoy working with people, we encourage you to apply.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A commitment to providing exceptional customer service by being approachable, friendly, and knowledgeable
  • The ability to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues
  • Basic math skills and accuracy when handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system
  • The ability to lift up to 17kg and stand for long periods of time
  • A current accredited Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) qualification
