Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to fill the role of Head of Teaching and Learning.

The successful candidate will provide strategic leadership in the design, implementation, and ongoing refinement of a rigorous, evidence-informed curriculum from Prep to Year 12.

This role will work closely with the Head of Junior School Curriculum to ensure alignment and coherence across all year levels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and refine a rigorous, evidence-informed curriculum from Prep to Year 12
  • Work closely with the Head of Junior School Curriculum to ensure alignment and coherence across all year levels
  • Lead curriculum evaluation processes to ensure coherence, progression, and responsiveness to student needs
  • Contribute to whole-school improvement and academic excellence

Required Skills and Qualifications

The successful candidate will have:

  • Proven experience in leading curriculum development and implementation
  • Strong understanding of contemporary teaching practices and pedagogies
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
