Key Responsibilities

  • Operate twin tyne forklifts safely
  • Loading and unloading trucks, picking orders, and transferring goods from plant to warehouse
  • Work with a team that values safety and professionalism
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers through excellent service
  • Accurately complete electronic reporting systems and other required documentation
  • Comply with all relevant regulations, including Fatigue Management and Chain of Responsibility laws
  • Adhere to load restraint guidelines to ensure secure freight transport

Requirements

  • Hold a valid Forklift Licence with 2-3 years of experience
  • Twin Tyne experience is advantageous
  • Experience with loading and unloading trailers is essential
  • Demonstrate excellent communication, time management skills, and a strong commitment to safety and teamwork
  • Show a comprehensive understanding of chain of responsibility and load restraint laws
  • Pride in maintaining equipment at a high standard
