Role Overview

A dynamic and varied position that supports the development of digital strategy, enhancing creative, marketing and technology expertise.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the production, quality assurance and publishing of digital content across various channels to engage with target audiences.
  • Develop and maintain social media schedules to foster brand advocacy and interact with followers on social media profiles.
  • Implement A/B testing and personalized content to drive business results through data-driven insights.
  • Maintain online communities, promote brand awareness and engage with followers on social media platforms.
  • Monitor digital trends, conduct research and identify new opportunities to reach target audiences effectively.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment with opportunities for growth.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, IT or a related field.
  • Excellent written communication skills and proficiency in using digital platforms and tools.
  • Experience with project management tools such as JIRA and Trello is advantageous for efficient workflow management.
Desirable Skills:
  • Experience in home building and/or design/architectural sectors can be beneficial for unique perspectives.
  • Knowledge of SEO and digital design best practices is highly desirable for effective online presence.
  • Ability to manage visual content creation, including photography, video, infographics and frontend animation, can enhance brand identity.
  • Previous experience in digital design and copywriting can be valuable assets for creative campaigns.
