Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Engagement Strategy Consultant to join our team. As a key member of the Co-design and Engagement Branch, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that Agency participants, nominees, carers, families, and disability sector stakeholders are informed and engaged in the design, delivery, and evaluation of operations.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a community-focused federal government agency and contribute to the development of digital engagement strategies that drive meaningful outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Developing and implementing digital engagement strategies that align with the agency's goals and objectives
  • Providing specialist technical advice to Senior Executives on the use of digital technologies to deliver engagement and co-design activities
  • Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to improve data capture and analysis, informing decision-making
  • Developing complex policies, plans, and strategies that require detailed research and analysis
  • Representing the agency in stakeholder interactions and public-facing events
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience designing, implementing, and evaluating digital engagement strategies
  • Digital engagement tools and technology experience
  • Customer Relationship Management system management experience
  • Data analysis and reporting skills using quantitative and qualitative data
  • Prior experience in Disability or Government environments highly regarded
