Maths and Science Educator Vacancy

We are seeking a dedicated Maths and Science Educator to join our vibrant school community. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to teach Biology, Junior Science, and Junior Maths to students in a supportive and flexible working environment.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong knowledge of curriculum initiatives, effective communication and collaboration skills, and a current Queensland College of Teaching Registration or ability to obtain before commencement.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor of Education or equivalent qualification in Mathematics and/or Science
  • Current Queensland College of Teaching Registration or ability to obtain before commencement
  • Proven teaching experience in Maths and Science, preferably in a secondary setting

Benefits:

  • A competitive salary package including a starting salary of $73,629 - $106,045 pending experience
  • 4 weeks annual leave with 17.5% leave loading
  • Access to long service leave after 7 years of continuous service
