The Role

We're seeking charismatic and cheerful Christmas Helpers to join our team this season. As a Christmas Helper, you'll be part of a dynamic team that's dedicated to making Christmas sparkle.

You'll have the opportunity to work across various stores, including Adelaide Harbour Town, Marion, and Mile End, providing exceptional customer service and contributing to creating an engaging shopping experience.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide seamless point of sale service, engaging and efficient
  • Help out with operational tasks, such as unpacking and replenishing stock, and be involved in Visual Merchandising
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
What We're Looking For

We're looking for individuals who possess a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences, a love of beautiful homewares, and a can-do attitude.

Key Qualities:

  • High positive energy, confidence, and a can-do approach
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Availability

We require candidates with great availability between 14 December 2024 and 5 January 2025, including weekends and evenings. Candidates with extensive availability over the Christmas period and the ability to work during peak trading times, including evenings and Boxing Day, will be reviewed favourably.
