About the RoleThis position offers the chance to work in a dynamic healthcare setting with a diverse group of professionals. As a Health Services Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of health services at Robertson Health Centre, which serves over 2800 Defence Force members and their families. Your role will involve coordinating administrative tasks, maintaining accurate records, and communicating with internal and external stakeholders.
You will also contribute to the delivery of high-quality patient care by working collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team. Your experience and skills in administration and customer service will enable you to make a positive impact on our patients' experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases.
- Coordinate administrative tasks, including filing, photocopying, and ordering stationery.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external customers to obtain patient information.
- Work independently as part of a team to support the delivery of safe, efficient, and high-quality care.
- A minimum of 1 year full-time experience in an Administrative role (or part-time equivalent).
- Demonstrated ability to work in a customer service-focused environment.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
