Medical Practitioner Job Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity for a Medical Practitioner to join our rural hospital on a short-term locum basis.

  • We require a medical practitioner with current AHPRA registration to cover a short period.
  • The successful candidate will be required to provide on-call and theatre support services, as well as airway support services.
  • Travel and accommodation expenses will be covered by the employer.

This level 3 rural hospital is located in the mid-North Coast of New South Wales and offers a range of facilities including an 81-bed capacity, including 10 beds for voluntary mental health care.

  • We have a 24-hour Emergency Department staffed by local GP VMOs and career medical officers.
  • We also offer a range of additional services including High Dependency Unit, Maternity, Mental Health, and more.
