Job Overview

The Australian Football League (AFL) is seeking a strategic leader to fill the Integrity Manager position. This role has a direct impact on the integrity of various competitions, including the AFL, AFLW, VFL, VFLW, and Coates Talent League.

Responsibilities
  • Lead an investigative team in complex integrity matters.
  • Have demonstrated experience and knowledge regarding current legislative and investigative processes, practices, and techniques.
  • Experience in victim management and understanding of wellbeing support services is essential.
  • Deliver high-quality reports and Briefs of Evidence in a timely manner.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a proven track record in building relationships and working collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
  • A strong record of integrity and appropriate handling of confidential information is required.
  • High-level computer skills in word, excel, and case management systems are necessary.
Key Requirements
  • Senior investigator with 10 years' experience in sports integrity.
  • In-depth knowledge of safeguarding children legislation nationally.
  • Experience in investigating matters of vilification is highly desirable.
