Job Opportunity

We have a vacancy for an Administrative Coordinator to join our team.

This role involves maintaining the CMMS system, managing subcontractors, and providing general administration assistance such as invoices and purchase orders.

About the Role

  1. Maintain the CMMS system capturing all Preventative and Reactive work orders
  2. Assist with the management of subcontractors and document maintenance progress
  3. First point of contact with internal and external customers relating to the contract
  4. Provide general administration assistance such as invoices and purchase orders
  5. Allocate work orders as required to ensure contract requirements are achieved

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong experience within high volume administration
  • Exceptional customer service, stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Knowledge of building/facilities management would be preferred
  • Able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Able to respond quickly to change and adopt a flexible/innovative approach
  • Current Driver's license & own vehicle is a must
