About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-centric Dental Assistant to join our team at Family Dental Clinic – Royston Park. As a key member of our clinical team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and supporting our dental professionals in providing high-quality treatments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare patients and facilities for dental treatment, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for our patients.
  • Deliver quality chairside assistance to our dentists, maintaining a high level of professionalism and attention to detail.
  • Provide instrument sterilisation and infection control solutions, adhering to our rigorous standards and protocols.
  • Maintain and implement infection control standards and procedures, ensuring a safe environment for our patients and staff.
  • Patient care from entry to the surgery and recall management, demonstrating empathy and compassion in all interactions.

Requirements:

  • Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment, prioritising tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and patient care, with a commitment to quality and excellence.
  • Organised with attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and precision in all aspects of your work.
