Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our collaborative and supportive recruitment team. This role is responsible for technology roles from graduate to leadership level, and presents an exciting opportunity for an experienced recruiter or someone ready to take the next step in their career.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and advise on recruitment practices, processes and procedures
  • Build strong relationships with hiring managers throughout the end-to-end recruitment process
  • Work collaboratively with Divisional Managers and the recruitment team to advise on best sourcing strategies and creating future talent pools
  • Involvement in innovative initiatives, such as employer branding and the graduate programme
  • Hold an in-depth knowledge of the company's roles and employer brand

Requirements

  • 2+ years experience within a Talent Acquisition role
  • Ability to hit the ground running, be a self-starter and work collaboratively within a team
  • Excellent stakeholder management and relationship management skills
  • Experience in financial services, professional services, technology or fintech will be highly regarded
