We are seeking a highly skilled Fixed Plant Project Manager to join our team in Mackay. As a key member of our project division, you will be responsible for working with new and existing clients to build on our Fixed Plant shutdown capability and assisting with planning and project management of major shutdowns.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement project plans to ensure successful delivery of shutdowns and maintenance projects
  • Collaborate with site and office teams to identify and mitigate risks, and ensure compliance with safety protocols
  • Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, and ensure effective communication with stakeholders
  • Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure efficient use of company assets
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance project delivery
Requirements
  • Proven experience in project management, with a focus on fixed plant shutdowns and maintenance
  • Strong understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and tools
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong safety focus, with a commitment to maintaining a safe working environment
