The Certified Nursing Assistant is responsible for providing exceptional care and support to residents in our assisted living and memory care neighborhoods.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and update Personalized Service Plans that meet the unique needs of each resident.
- Follow a hydration schedule established for residents during the shift, ensuring their health and well-being.
- Complete resident meal attendance sheets accurately and efficiently.
- Know and respect all resident rights, promoting a safe and dignified environment.
- Initiate, assign, and assist with activities that cater to residents' interests and abilities.
- Conduct daily checks on assigned residents to ensure their cleanliness and condition are met.
- Implement proper sanitary procedures and universal precautions to prevent the spread of infection.
- Assist with laundry rooms and common areas, maintaining a clean and organized environment.
- Perform all Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) for assigned residents according to their Personalized Service Plan.
- Respond promptly to security system alerts, ensuring the safety and security of residents and staff.
