Job Description

As a Mergers and Acquisitions Lawyer, you will have the opportunity to work on high-profile transactions, advising clients on takeover bids, schemes of arrangement, cross-border M&A, joint ventures, equity capital raisings, and more.

You will be working closely with our market-leading M&A partners, supporting them on complex transactions and providing top-notch legal advice.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 8-12 years' experience in an M&A or Corporate Advisory practice
  • Ambition to work on challenging matters at the top of the market
  • Strong drafting and advice writing skills
  • Superior analytical skills
  • Ability to work effectively with clients
  • Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment
