This esteemed school seeks a passionate and experienced educator as Head of Learning Support – Senior School.

This pivotal role ensures that the learning needs of students in Years 10–12 are identified, supported, and monitored through tailored individual support plans.

  • Lead student transition from Middle to Senior School
  • Develop Individual Support Plans (ISPs)
  • Coordinate LIFT Plus program and implement consistent strategies
  • Manage flexible SACE learning plans with the SACE Coordinator
  • Liaise with external agencies for student pathways
  • Provide strategic direction for inclusive education
About You

You are a compassionate and strategic educator with a deep understanding of inclusive education and a commitment to student wellbeing.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with teachers, staff, and external agencies to ensure seamless support for students.

A strong understanding of curriculum design and implementation is essential, along with experience in developing and implementing individualized learning plans.

Additionally, the successful applicant will have a proven track record of promoting student engagement and motivation, with a focus on fostering a growth mindset and encouraging students to take ownership of their learning.

As a senior leader, you will be responsible for leading by example, demonstrating a strong work ethic, and maintaining high standards of professionalism at all times.
