Creative Animation Specialist

The motion design team is responsible for creating and maintaining a comprehensive motion design system across various platforms.
This involves developing both 2D and 3D animation solutions, as well as documentation and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and building motion systems that support product, marketing, and brand objectives.
They will also develop reusable motion libraries and templates to ensure consistency in animation delivery.
Additionally, the Motion Designer will work closely with designers, engineers, and marketing teams to guarantee seamless integration.
Key responsibilities include delivering high-quality animations and motion graphics in both 2D and 3D environments.
The successful candidate should have 3-5 years of experience in motion design, preferably across multiple industries.
Proficiency in After Effects, Cavalry, or similar motion design tools is essential.
Experience with 3D tools such as Blender or Cinema 4D is desirable.
A strong foundation in animation principles, timing, and visual hierarchy is critical.
Effective communication with cross-functional teams is also crucial.
Other requirements include adaptability to new tools and formats, as well as willingness to collaborate across disciplines.
Bonus points for experience with interactive or real-time environments, including web animation or game engines.
