Creative Animation Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Senior Animator to join our global team. This exciting opportunity allows you to push boundaries in creating visually stunning and engaging game experiences.
As a key member of our studio, you will work collaboratively with designers, engineers, and environment artists to deliver AAA titles. Your expertise in motion capture editing, key framing, and camera animation will be essential in crafting believable and immersive game mechanics.
This role requires an experienced animator who can think creatively and independently, requiring little instruction. You will have a strong understanding of human movement, facial animation, and shot continuity, as well as the ability to adapt to new tools and technology.
- Utilize motion capture editing and key framing techniques to craft game motions that enhance gameplay and immersion.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of camera animation and cinematic framing principles.
- Respond effectively to feedback and iterate multiple times to achieve polish in animations.
- Troubleshoot tool implementations and spearhead workflow improvements to optimize productivity.
- Collaborate with production to advise on performance concerns and mitigate project risks, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality projects.
