Courier Specialist

This role involves working as part of a team to deliver products and services to customers, requiring strong relationships with the public. Key responsibilities include coordinating and managing deliveries, ensuring a safe work environment by practicing safe driving and workplace behaviors, delivering exceptional customer service, building strong customer bonds, and promoting products and services when making deliveries.

This position requires multitasking, prioritizing deliveries based on urgency, having a proactive mindset, being knowledgeable about products and services, and being comfortable working independently. You should also have physical ability to perform duties of the job, which includes lifting, bending, climbing, and operating machines safely.

Requirements for this job include holding a valid driver's license (manual preferred) and having previous experience in customer-facing roles within trade or mechanical environments.
