Job Description

Couriers are vital for ensuring the safe and timely delivery of packages.

They collect and deliver packages with accuracy, providing exceptional customer service while maintaining package integrity.

  • Safely collect and deliver packages according to designated routes and adhere to strict time schedules.
  • Verify and scan package contents to confirm order accuracy during pick-up and delivery.
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure packages are securely packed.
  • Report any delivery issues, damaged goods or incorrect addresses promptly.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

  • Secondary education or equivalent is required.
  • A minimum of one (1) year of professional driving experience is necessary.
  • The following AU License Classifications are required: AUK012 Minimum C Class (Car) License or AUK013 Minimum Medium Rigid (MR) Truck License.
