We are seeking a skilled and ambitious graduate to join our Building Design team. As a graduate structural engineer, you will play a key role in delivering complex multi-discipline projects across all buildings.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will have a degree in a relevant field such as engineering, environmental science, planning, business advisory, sustainability, or digital innovation.

You will be responsible for developing digital, communication, emotional intelligence, and problem-solving skills through our structured graduate development program.

This program is designed to equip you with the technical, leadership, and behavioural skills needed to succeed in your career.

As part of our team, you will gain hands-on experience with cutting-edge digital tools and innovative approaches.

You will build professional networks and develop key relationships with peers, clients, and stakeholders.

  • Gain practical experience in project management, teamwork, and client liaison.
  • Develop expertise in structural analysis, design, and construction.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts within our Technical Director cohort for mentorship and learnings.
