About the Role

We are seeking a customer-focused sales professional to join our team. As an inspired member of our organization, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and inspiring customers with your knowledge of pet care.

In this role, you will work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide personalized recommendations. You will also be responsible for maintaining a high level of product knowledge and staying up-to-date on the latest products and services.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service and resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintaining a high level of product knowledge and staying up-to-date on the latest products and services
  • Working closely with customers to understand their needs and provide personalized recommendations
  • Contributing to a fun and supportive work environment by promoting a positive attitude and teamwork
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A passion for animals and providing excellent customer service
  • Experience in a similar retail environment
  • Demonstrated drive to achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build relationships and rapport with customers and colleagues
  • Physical fitness with ability to lift products up to 20kg
  • Flexibility and ability to work weekends and public holidays
