About the Role

SkyCity Adelaide is currently seeking an experienced Training and Development Specialist to join our People and Culture team for an 18-month fixed-term contract.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deliver learning content, including e-learning, facilitation guides, and resources in line with legislative and regulatory compliance obligations, competency standards, and business unit-specific requirements.
  • Provide both in-person and online facilitation to a range of audiences across all SkyCity sites and build and maintain ongoing relationships with internal and external stakeholders to assist with identifying training needs and improvements in collaboration with the wider L&D team.

About You

  • You will have previous Learning and Development experience within a dynamic environment and have proven experience in blended facilitation methods.
  • You will be highly proficient in content design, e-learning development, and design editing programs (such as Articulate Rise 360, PowerPoint, or Canva).
  • You will have demonstrated knowledge of training needs analysis to identify performance gaps and skills deficiencies.
  • You will possess a Certificate IV TAE (or be working towards).
