About the Role
  • This position involves working closely with clients, providing personal care and daily living assistance
  • You will plan and attend appointments and activities designed for social interaction and skill development
  • Daily case notes, administrative tasks, and incident reports will be a key part of this role

We seek an individual who is passionate about delivering high-quality care and support to our clients. As a Support Worker, you will play a pivotal role in offering essential support to people who may face various challenges.

Mandatory Requirements
  • A current NSW Driver's Licence and willingness to drive are essential
  • A valid First Aid & CPR Certificate is required
  • A paid Working with Children Check (WWCC) and National Disability Insurance Scheme Workers Check (NDISWC) must be held
  • Willingness to provide consent to be listed on the Residential Care Workers Register (RCWR) is mandatory

To be considered for a position in children's services, you must meet one of the following criteria:

  • You identify as Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander and have relevant experience
  • You hold a Certificate IV in Disability Services, Community Services, Individual Support, or equivalent qualification
