Product Support Specialist

About our business, we are seeking highly motivated individuals to support our product and supplier setup. This role involves ensuring accurate categorisation and compliance across multiple platforms.
The RoleWe have two opportunities available for Buyer's Assistants to work with our Beauty & Home and Footwear, Apparel & Accessories teams.
- Assist in managing new product setups, guaranteeing precise classification and adherence to rules on various channels.
- Support product launches by planning stock flow and content readiness.
- Serve as the point of contact for marketplace vendor coordination, onboarding, and troubleshooting.
- Collaborate on campaign planning and promotions with marketing and ecommerce teams to drive visibility and conversion.
- Analyse sales, margin, and performance data to provide actionable insights.
To be successful, candidates will need:
- 1–2 years' experience in retail or ecommerce buying.
- Exceptional organisation, administration, and multitasking skills.
- Strong Excel or Google Sheets knowledge, including pivot tables.
- Confidence navigating ecommerce platforms and digital workflows.
- Solid communication and teamwork skills.
- A passion for beauty, homewares, and consumer trends.
- Marketplace experience is beneficial.
