Product Disclosure Specialist Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Disclosure Specialist to join our team in Melbourne, Victoria. As a key member of our product management group, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and effectiveness of product disclosures.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in risk and compliance, with experience in managing product disclosure statements and related documents. You will work closely with our product managers, legal, and compliance teams to ensure that disclosures are clear, compliant, and timely.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage product disclosure statements and related documents across investment products
  • Collaborate with product managers, legal, and compliance teams to ensure disclosures are accurate and effective
  • Develop and implement processes to improve disclosure quality and timeliness
  • Provide guidance and support to cross-functional teams on disclosure matters

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualification in Law, Finance, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in funds management, superannuation, or financial services
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance frameworks
  • Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder skills
