We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team in Pakenham.
Role Overview
The ideal candidate will be able to deliver outstanding customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere. This means warmly greeting customers, processing orders accurately, handling payments smoothly, and ensuring their orders are prepared and delivered correctly and promptly.
You will be involved in food preparation tasks and cooking menu items. Maintaining a clean workspace is key, as back-of-house team members play a crucial role in delivering high-quality meals quickly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Taking customer orders using our POS system.
- Having a thorough understanding of our menu to offer recommendations.
- Packing and handing over orders to customers and delivery partners.
- Maintaining a clean and tidy front-of-house area.
- Restocking supplies as needed.
- Addressing and resolving customer feedback.
- Adhering to food safety guidelines and health regulations.
- Preparing ingredients and assembling menu items according to recipes and standards.
- Operating cooking equipment like fryers, grills, and ovens.
- Monitoring food temperatures to ensure all dishes meet specifications.
- Cleaning and sanitizing kitchen surfaces, equipment, and utensils.
