Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities
  • Support the Store Manager in managing daily operations effectively.
  • Achieve sales growth and meet regular KPI targets for your department.
  • Develop and lead your department team to deliver exceptional customer service, adhering to our inverted triangle structure.
  • Communicate management expectations and lead by example.
  • Manage high-volume stock effectively.
  • Merchandise inline with business expectations.
  • Launch catalogue campaigns with effective ticketing and set-ups throughout your department.
  • Assist in recruitment, training, and development functions within your team.
  • Conduct high-volume stocktakes and implement stock integrity initiatives to increase departmental profit.
Requirements
  • Retail management experience is essential.
  • High-volume or big-box stock volume management is preferred.
  • A leadership style with an owner's mindset.
  • A passionate attitude that inspires your team to exceed goals.
  • Experience in development and performance plans.
  • A resilient problem solver driven by innovation and time management.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong computer skills.
  • First Aid certification or willingness to be trained at our expense.
