About the Role

As a Database Developer, you will play a critical role in developing and enhancing our market-leading software applications for the hospital and healthcare environment. You will work closely with our development team to design, implement, and maintain databases that meet the evolving needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop databases using Microsoft or Oracle platforms
  • Develop stored procedures, triggers, views, and complex scripts to support front-end applications
  • Collaborate with the development team to ensure database solutions meet business requirements
  • Troubleshoot and resolve database issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in database development
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in database development, analysis, design, and programming
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft T-SQL, Oracle PL/SQL, or ANSI SQL
  • Strong understanding of database design principles and data modeling
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively as part of a team
