Job Title: Financial Operations Manager

The role involves providing critical financial insights, strategy, and control to support the success of tours, artists, and events across Australia, New Zealand, and Asia.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with managers to deliver accurate financial reporting, forecasting, and budgeting throughout the tour lifecycle.
  • Drive financial performance by tracking sales, merchandise, and revenue streams, while identifying opportunities to maximise profitability.
  • Manage end-to-end finance functions including invoicing, AP/AR, reconciliations, and final settlement reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with tax regulations and contract terms, preparing for artist and stakeholder audits.
  • Provide strategic support through variance analysis, reconciliations, and creative solutions to unique touring challenges.
  • Build strong stakeholder relationships through transparent reporting and proactive communication.

Requirements:

  • CA/CAPA qualified with 5+ years' experience.
  • Experience in Big 4 audit highly regarded.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and partnering skills.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and solutions-focused.
  • Experience in project accounting (entertainment, media, or events highly regarded).
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills.
  • TechOne experience advantageous but not essential.
